According to the current situation, Live In Holidays has implemented a COVID-19 contingency plan, working behind closed doors, however it will always have a permanent team fully operational and accessible via telephone (00351 289 301 886) or email to accompany you during your stay and reservation.

Online Payments
All payments are now made by bank transfer or by credit card.

 
 
Cleaning
The cleaning of your apartment is done before and after your stay.

The apartment doors are always open between guests so that the property is airy;

The bed linen are all washed above 70º, and it's stored and will only be used after 72 hours;

The surfaces are all disinfected with bleach (sodium hypochlorite solution);

Vertical irons were purchased to disinfect the most diverse fabric surfaces that do not allow washing, eliminating all bacteria and fungi.

At the moment we only accept guests that are free of symptoms and that have not been exposed to anyone that might have the virus.



 
 
Check-in
At check-in, the keys to your apartment will be found inside one of the safes (1 or 2), which are next to the reception entrance.
An email will be sent to you with your safe number and its opening code.

 
 
Check-out
Upon check-out, we ask that you deposit your apartment keys in the green mailbox that you find at the reception entrance.
